The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works currently provides two types
of trash collection systems for all business and multi-family property owners and
customers.

● Commercial Franchise System – This
system services commercial customers throughout the unincorporated area of Los Angeles
County who utilizes dumpsters and roll off service
● Garbage Disposal Districts – This system services commercial
customers in the unincorporated areas of South LA and Malibu Communities.
