Businesses that are eligible to participate in the LSBE program will receive up to an 15% preference (up to $150,000) on the scoring of their bid/prices on applicable County solicitations/contracts for services. In addition, as an LSBE your business will be listed in the County’s Small Business Directory and can enroll in a special prompt payment program.
