I have provided goods/services to the Department of Public Works. Who do I contact to inquire about whether my invoice was received?

If you have previously established a contact in our Accounts Payable Section, please contact that person. Otherwise, please contact the Public Works' customer service hotline at (626) 458-5990 or contact us via email using the 'contact us' selection on this page's menu. The Invoice Payment Status Inquiry (IPSI) web site can also be used to obtain the payment status of an invoice. Applicable to Purchase Order invoices only.
