Answer:
You can contact the Public Works Fiscal Customer Service Hotline, at (626) 458-5990, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00am to 5:30pm. Voice messaging is available for after-hours calls. You can also contact us by email using the "contact us" selection on this page's menu.

The Customer Service Section will respond directly to all calls received with requested information, or provide contact info for the person who can best assist. Personnel are trained to assist with business-related questions, including information about billing, refunds, deposits, and letters of credit or securities releases. For questions related to payments to vendors, please contact Public Works' Accounts Payable Section at (626) 458-6900. For other questions, Customer Service personnel will make every effort to direct you to the proper place and contact person.
