I've used your website before and viewed permits. now i go look at my house and nothing comes up. i tried another address. nothing. i waited two weeks thinking you guys were just having a service outage. still nothing. please fix your website.

Our Building Permit Viewer website provides permit data for parcels that are either within County's Unincorporated area or cities that are contracted with our Building & Safety. The two addresses user provided through email are not within the area we serve and we have redirected him to appropriate city. Please use our EPIC LA Permit Helper page in the future to find out if a parcel is within County's jurisdiction.
