Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Question:
Your website clearly states free sandbags at marked locations. I went to the hidden hills location on 2/2/2019 @ 2245 and spoke w/Josh and he stated the sandbags are only for maintenance and only for the residents and they would be charged 20 dollars per bag.

Answer:
Hello Mr. Perez

Yes! The bags are free but you have to call the local Fire Department to get them. Some fire houses will also provide the sand but very few if any.

When you go to that website given on the side box of the email, you can sear a specific address and it will give you those pins on the map, if you hover over the pin it will give you the information for the Fire station and whether they have sandbags/sand.

I am providing you our Dispatch number below since they are available 24/7 to help.
