I am writing a research paper on Measure W, and am wondering if anyone in this office can answer a few questions that am having difficulty finding the answers to:
1) From what I have read, The Safe Clean Water Program proposed Measure W to LA county. If this is correct, how did they go about it, and how did you get it on the ballot?
2) How are projects proposed? Who decides what projects will be funded by Measure W, and what is the process to acquire the funding?
3) How is the funding distributed between each district in LA county?
