Subject Is Fishing Allowed

Hi

Is fishing allowed in any of the dams or reservoirs

Thank you

Francis

Answer:
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife maintains a map (https://apps.wildlife.ca.gov/fishing/) which shows fishing locations available throughout California. Requirements and regulations at any location should be independently verified prior to fishing.

For security, safety, and operational reasons, fishing is generally prohibited at Public WorksÂ’ dams or fee owned properties.

However, fishing is permitted at Puddingstone Reservoir, which has public access and fishing available through Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park. Fishing at Puddingstone Reservoir is subject to the requirements and regulations of Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
