As of July 1, 2022, Los Angeles County Department of Public Works Construction and Demolition (C&D) applications has migrated to the online-only submission system through EPICLA Sub-Records.
Electronic Permitting and Inspections for the County of Los Angeles (EPIC-LA), is the online portal to Building and Safety Divisions electronic permitting services. On this site, you can submit a Recycle and Reuse Plan (RRP) as well as construction plans, specifications, and supporting documents for review and approval, and pay permit fees (if any).
For a tutorial on how to apply for the Construction and Demolition (C&D) Recycling requirements via Sub-Records on EPIC-LA, visit www.LACountyCND.com under Before the project.
If you have any questions about the forms you can contact C&D staff via CND@pw.LACounty.gov. Remember to state your RRP number and project address in the subject line. If you do not have an RRP number, follow the instructions on the tutorial to obtain one.
