There are no standard border sheets for grading plans. Since most grading plans are for work within private property, which the County will not be taking over for maintenance, we allow the grading plans to be formatted at the discretion of the designer. There are standard notes and project information which must be placed on the title sheet. These can be e-mailed to you by contacting the Road and Grading Section of Land Development Division at (626) 458-4921.
