Currently the public counter at all County facilities are closed due to COVID-19 social distancing. You can mail in your application to LA County Public Works, 900 S. Fremont Ave, Alhambra CA 91803 Attn: Environmental Programs. You can also email iw@pw.lacounty.gov with your plans for assistance. Normally , you can come to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works public counter at 900 S Fremont Ave. in Alhambra. Go to the 3rd floor in the Annex Building (3 story bldg on the lot). We are open from 7am to 5pm Monday through Thursday. Please call 626-458-3517 for further information on your project requirements.
