Answer:
Email sent from MyWAM are addressed as follows:

donotreply@dpw.lacounty.gov and mywam@dpw.lacounty.gov

If our email was sent to your junk mail, you can choose our email from the junk list and select the 'junk' button and choose Never Block Sender's Domain (@dpw.lacounty.gov).
