Why do the consumption tier entries appear twice on my water bill?
Answer:
Our water bills are issued with tiered billing rates. The allocation for each rate changes seasonally with more usage allowed in the summer months. The seasonal change is effective June 1 and December 1. The usage prior to the seasonal change will show on one line and the usage after the seasonal change will show on the next line. A link to our Tiered Billing Rates is below. Please use the Bill Code shown on your bill to locate your rate and the number of units allowed in each tier for summer and winter.
