There is no relationship. In the past, there was an arbitrary relationship in Antelope Valley for hydrologic computations since we did not have any Los Angeles County soil designation in that area. Currently we have soil designation in the area and we do not use the relationship established long time ago. So, the answer to your question is none (no relationship).
