ANSWER: "As-Built" sewer plans for facilities located within the unincorporated Los Angeles County areas can be obtained from the local Building & Safety Office or from our Survey Division's Public Counter located on the 4th floor of our Headquarters building located at 900 South Fremont Avenue in the City of Alhambra.
