In addition to guiding orderly development and land divisions, we are also the clearinghouse for recording maps in the County of Los Angeles as well as for Public Works review of environmental documents and inter-agency projects.
Divided into seven sections and units, the Land Development Division has approximately 70 staff members assigned to professional, technical, and clerical responsibilities.
