The Land Development Division is responsible for setting road dedication requirements as well as overseeing Bridge and Major Thoroughfare Districts and the County travel demand forecasting model. Review of subdivision maps and overseeing the formulation of Public Works conditions of approval in order to promote orderly development in the county.
