Zone 77 West Creek Park
Zone 77 - West Creek Park is a 17-acre Quimby Act park that cost approximately $3.5 million to build. It was dedicated by Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich on January 15, 2010. West Creek Park is public-private partnership between the County of Los Angeles and Newhall Land and consists of a variety of park amenities such as an Amphitheater Seating Area, Basketball Court, Children’s Play Areas, Large Picnic Shelters with Four Picnic Tables and Two Braziers, Par Course with Exercise Stations, and Walking Path. West Creek Park is available for the use and enjoyment of residents, customers, clients, employees, and visitors of the surrounding community.

- 1,675 parcels and 1,989 EBUs
- Variations in benefit exist between parcels within this Zone and a more appropriate allocation of benefit is based on EBU rather than a per parcel method of apportionment. The cost to be assessed on each parcel is determined by dividing the total amount to be assessed by the number of assessable parcels within the Zone and subsequently multiplied by the individually assigned EBUs.
