Los Angeles County Public Works is dedicated to increasing our business with DVBEs. The DVBE program was designed to enhance purchasing and contracting opportunities for businesses owned by disabled veterans.

In order to be considered a DVBE with the County, a business must be certified by one of these departments:

1
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which certifies a business as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; or
2
State of California, Department of General Services, which certifies a business as a DVBE
