How do I register my DVBE with Los Angeles County and do business with Public Works?

In order to be considered a DVBE with the County, a business must be certified by one of these departments:
1
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which certifies a business as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; or
2
State of California, Department of General Services, which certifies a business as a DVBE

OR as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
