Pena Bypass Improvements

• Project Scope:
  Replace three existing 1,500 feet sections of 10-inch diameter parallel water mains and a 30-inch diameter water main with three 1,500 feet sections of new 18-inch diameter steel water main.
• Project Benefits:
  Improve water quality, system reliability, and protect the health and safety of existing customers.
• Community Engagement:
  Project information will be distributed to the community prior to construction. CEQA EIR Outreach.
