Refurbishment of the HVAC-AC system including replacement of parts. Electrical vault and line.
Provide hydro jet cleaning of approximately 500 linear feet of 5" storm drain piping and 400 linear feet of 4" sanitary sewer piping.
Install Landscaping irrigation and plant materials.
Perform Ground Penetrating Radar survey of approximately 5,000 square feet area to locate plumbing piping location and depth. Perform camera survey of approximately 500 linear feet of 4" sanitary waste piping and 400 linear feet of 6" sanitary waste piping located on the basement and first floors. Provide reports to the County.
