Public Works has reopened to in-person visits by the Public; however, we will continue bidding projects to prospective contractors by using only electronic bidding.
All Public Works bids must be submitted in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders on the proposal forms available for downloading at the link provided above. Bid must be submitted via Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com before 11 a.m. on the bid opening date. Paper bids will not be accepted.
Bids will be opened via Microsoft Teams webcast after 11am on the day of the bid opening. The system requirements and supported platforms for Microsoft Teams are as follows:
