As a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of the novel COVID-19, Public Permit Counters at Public Works are temporarily closed effective Monday, March 16, 2020. However, you can still submit a Construction and Demolition Recycling and Reuse Plan via email at or by fax to (626) 270-4066.

Please be patient while we work through this transition. To facilitate the timely review and approval of your RRP, please make sure to thoroughly read and follow all directions in the application form and submit all required documentation. A complete submittal package includes the following:
  1. Fully filled out RRP form
  2. Detailed scope of work (Step 2 of the RRP Application Form)
  3. Latest drawings showing limits of work including estimated tonnages
  4. Property owner's initials and signature (Step 6 of the RRP Application Form)
  5. C&D Recycling Facility (Step 9 of the RRP Application Form)
  6. Hauling Option (Step 10 of the RRP Application Form)
