The Stormwater & Runoff Pollution Control Program tracks industrial and commercial businesses in the unincorporated County area to determine compliance with the provisions of the Municipal National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Los Angeles Region.
