In 2012, Public Works (Solid Waste Information Management System), received the NACO Achievement Award from the National Association of Counties. This award recognizes innovative County Government Programs.
In 2012, Environmental Programs Division (Solid Waste Information Management System), received the 2011 E-Government Project of the Year from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works. This award recognizes the best Public Works project using information technology to achieve the Department's business goals and to facilitate more efficient and user-friendly government services.
In 2008, Public Works (Solid Waste Information Management System), received the Digital Government Achievement Awards from the Center for Digital Government. The Digital Government Achievement Awards recognizes the most innovative, user-friendly state and local government portals.
