Generally, you should contact the individual who ordered the goods or services for assistance in obtaining a correct purchase order number. If you have been unsuccessful in obtaining the purchase order from the individual who placed the order, please contact the Accounts Payable Section at (626) 458-6900 or by e-mail at for assistance.
