Stored payment options are currently not working properly. If you attempt to make a payment with a saved payment option, you will experience the following message "Your payment failed. Try resubmitting the payment later." By selecting to make a payment using a new payment profile, you will be able to complete your payment successfully.

Only debit and credit card payment options are available through the Phone Bill Pay System. The check payment option is currently unavailable. Payment arrangement options are available.
