We will be the leader in the planning and implementation of watershed management in Los Angeles County.
Working with stakeholders, we will integrate the elements of flood hazard mitigation, natural resources, groundwater and stormwater conservation, and management of the quality of stormwater runoff to increase protection of our communities and environment and obtain a higher quality of life for the citizens of our County.
