The Safe, Clean Water Regional Program receives 50 percent of the revenue for the implementation of projects and programs that will increase water supply, improve water quality, and provide community enhancements.
Infrastructure Program
The Infrastructure Program provides funding for regional multi-benefit watershed-based projects. Not less than 85% of the Regional Program funds will be allocated for implementation of stormwater capture projects.

Transfer Agreements
A Regional Program Transfer Agreement must be executed for Infrastructure Program Project Developers and Scientific Study Applicants after the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has approved the Stormwater Investment Plans.
