According to Title 13 of the Los Angeles County code, the Board of Supervisors has declared graffiti to be a public nuisance. Public Works established a comprehensive Graffiti Abatement program that includes Education, Eradication and Enforcement.
Residents deserve to live in graffiti-free neighborhoods. Graffiti is removed faster when it is reported.
