Rancho Los Amigos Support Services Annex Building Renovation Project

The Support Services Annex Building is a 2-story office building currently providing support services to the greater Rancho Los Amigos medical facility. The building is approximately 67,100sf of which 46,550sf is to be selectively demolished and remodeled in phases to accommodate new program. Mechanical air handlers on the roof will be replaced as will the ducting, piping and electrical serving them. A new fire alarm panel/system will be installed and the existing fire sprinkler system modified for the new program. Existing restrooms will receive upgraded finishes as well as modifications to meet current accessibility requirements. Exterior work is minimal with a few infilled metal panel opening with new glazed windows, the building is scheduled to be painted and a new canopy entry installed. This project will be phased to provide continuous, uninterrupted services.
