El Monte Comprehensive Health Center Primary Care Clinic Renovation (C.P. No. 87472) and Urgent Care Center Renovation (C.P. No. 87473): The project includes the demolition and renovation of registration areas, operating rooms, pre-op and post-op patient areas including reception areas, waiting rooms, an exam room, med room, offices and staff lounge. Renovation to include installation of new walls, new flooring, new ceilings, casework, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical modifications, medical gas, data closets, fire alarm upgrade, and Americans with Disabilities Act improvements.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visitation will be held on January 29, 2019 at 10:30 a.m., at the project site to provide information regarding the project, bidding process and answer questions that potential bidders may have. Interested parties are requested to meet promptly at the El Monte Comprehensive Health Center,
