The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is inviting Design-Build proposals from interested firms to perform the design, construction, and warranty maintenance for the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Replacement Program located at 1000 West Carson Street, Torrance, CA 90509.
A mandatory pre-submittal conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 9 a.m., via Microsoft Teams. Prime proposers must attend. For a prime proposer consisting of a joint venture, the attendance of one of the joint venture partners will suffice. Subconsultants are not required to attend. Proposers are required to RSVP to the pre-submittal conference via e-mail to eqchang@dpw.lacounty.gov, by providing attendee name, associated email address, and whether he/she represents prime proposer or a subconsultant, by February 16, 2021. Due to a space limitation with the Microsoft Teams platform, priority will be given to prime proposers first. A link to the meeting and instruction to join the meeting will be sent out on February 18, 2021.
An Industry Day for this project was conducted on January 7, 2021.
