Project Summary
On-Call Environmental Compliance Services for Federally Funded and Non-Federally Funded Projects
Provide the following services:
Environmental Documentation Services in compliance with California Environmental Quality Act/National Environmental Policy Act (CEQA/NEPA). Services can include field, literature, and electronic database reviews; initial studies; technical studies; documentation; public meetings; and public outreach and publications.
Regulatory Permit Services:
The procurement of regulatory permits. Typical permits include Section 404 of the Clean Water Act Individual and Nationwide Permits issued by United States Army of Corps of Engineers, Clean Water Act Section 401 Water Quality Certifications and Waste Discharge Requirements issued by California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Section 1602 of the California Fish and Game Code Streambed Alteration Agreement issued by California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Public Resources Code of the California Coastal Act Coastal Development Permits.
Permit Compliance Services:
Assist the County in its compliance with environmental conditions specified by all pertinent permits. These can include preconstruction surveys and reporting; species protection and relocation plan and implementation; monitoring and reporting of construction activities; exclusion device installation and maintenance; and regulatory agency and/or public communication, meetings, and hearings.
Environmental Mitigation Services:
Prepare habitat restoration and mitigation plan, implementation, monitoring, and reporting; vegetation removal planning, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring; regulatory agency and/or public communication, meetings, and hearings.
