MTD 768 Soffit Repairs
MTD 768 storm drain at Chevy Chase Dr. between Adams St. and Acacia Ave. Glendale, CA
Underground storm drain soffit repair and reconstruction. Repair underground drain MTD 768 by replacing a 16.5 foot by 31 foot damaged section of the soffit. This will require excavation of Chevy Chase Dr. and cutting a 12 foot long section into the adjacent sidewalk to use the large catch basin gallery for access to the drain where the damage is located.

ATTENTION BIDDERS:
  1. Public Works has reopened to in-person visits by the Public; however, we will continue bidding projects to prospective contractors by using only electronic bidding.
  2. All Public Works bids must be submitted in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders on the proposal forms available for downloading at the link provided above. Bid must be submitted via Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com before 11 a.m. on the bid opening date. Paper bids will not be accepted.
  3. Bids will be opened via Microsoft Teams webcast after 11am on the day of the bid opening. The system requirements and supported platforms for Microsoft Teams are as follows:
    • Supported operating systems: Windows 7 and later (32-bit and 64-bit), macOS X 10.10 and later.
    • Supported mobile operating systems: Android 4.4 and later, iOS 10 and later.
    • Supported web browsers: Chrome (last 3 versions), Edge RS2 and later, Firefox (last 3 versions), Internet Explorer 11, Safari.
