Notice to Bidders A has been posted on September 5, 2019. It is mandatory to use the Section 00 03 00 Form of Bid that includes a receipt for Notice to Bidders A. Renovation project scope of work entails demolition of existing doors, floors, walls, ceilings, and finishes, and rebuilding an area for a new corridor, elevator, machine room, men's bunkroom, disaster communications equipment, breakroom and alcove, women's bunkroom, lockers, toilets, and shower rooms at basement level. Provide new doors, new plumbing fixtures and accessories, including new wall and floor tile finish, new gypsum board ceiling, and light fixtures.
