The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to: Demolition of 93 buildings and structures, abatement of hazardous materials, removal/capping/rerouting site utilities, protection of trees, installation of storm drain features, fencing and fencing repair.
Public Works, Project Management Division II, will hold a mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit on November 30, 2021, at 10:30 a.m., at the project site, 7601 East Imperial Highway, Downey, California 90242, to provide information on the project, bidding process, and project walk and answer any questions that the potential bidders may have. Attendees of the pre bid meeting are required to wear a hard hat.
