The County of Los Angeles Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide design-build services for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Medical Campus Behavioral Health Center Renovation Project located at 12021 S. Wilmington Ave, Los Angeles CA 90059.
An optional pre-submittal meeting to answer questions concerning the project will be held on March 12, 2019 at 9 a.m., at Martin Luther King, Jr. Medical Campus, Interns & Residence Building, Terrace Conference Room located at 12012 South Compton Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90059.
Part A Prequalification Questionnaires must be addressed and submitted to Public Works, 900 South Fremont Avenue, Alhambra, California, 91803, Cashier's Office, located on the Mezzanine Level, no later than 2:00 p.m., on March 26, 2019. Envelopes should be clearly marked: "Martin Luther King, Jr. Behavioral Health Center Renovation, RFP No. BRC0000030." Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
All interested proposers for this RFP are strongly encouraged to register at http://dpw.lacounty.gov/general/contracts/opportunities/. Only those firms registered for this RFP through the Public Works website will receive automatic notification when any update to this RFP is made.
An Industry Day event was held on 8/17/18 - and the presentation and sign in sheets from that event are available online.
