The proposed La Puente One-Stop Development Center will include an approximate 7,000-7,500 square-foot one story turnkey building with public queuing/waiting spaces, interactive application workstations, and restrooms. It will also include staff offices, open work stations, conference rooms, and staff lunch area. The existing building will remain in operation until the new building is constructed. Then demolition will commence followed by site development work.
