Architectural/Engineering Services Department of Public Health Downey Laboratory Expansion Project
The County of Los Angeles Public Works (Public Works) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide architectural engineering design services for the Department of Public Health Downey Laboratory Expansion Project.
The proposed project consists of renovating and expanding the existing approximately 34,000 square-foot Department of Public Health Laboratory facility, including the molecular epidemiology laboratory and the accessioning and specimen receiving/storage areas.
The objective of this solicitation is to select one firm that is the best qualified to provide the requested services for a not-to-exceed amount of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000). Optional preproposal meeting will be held on Microsoft Teams on May 17, 2022 at 3 p.m.
