The County of Los Angeles Public Works is requesting Construction Manager at Risk proposals from interested firms for pre-construction and construction services for the Puente Hills Regional Park located at 13130 Crossroads Parkway, City of Industry, CA 91746. An optional pre-submittal virtual conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 2 p.m., via Microsoft Teams. The link for the virtual conference and the link to the sign-in sheet will be posted on the website on the day of the meeting. Those who wish to attend must complete the sign-in sheet and click the link on the website to join. County will conduct a mandatory site visit on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 9 a.m., at the project site to provide information regarding the project. Prime proposers must attend. Proposers are requested to meet promptly at 13130 Crossroads Parkway, City of Industry, CA 91746, in front of the Administration Building (see map attached to the RFP). Proposers must submit questions in writing and request information for this solicitation by November 14, 2022.
