Request For Proposals Design-Build Services Los Angeles General Medical Center Mental Health Urgent Care Center (MHUCC) and Residential Withdrawal Management Facility (RWMF)
The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is issuing this Request For Proposals from qualified Design-Build firms. Design-Build firms will submit Part A proposals for BRC0000454 Request For Proposals Design-Build Services Los Angeles General Medical Center Mental Health Urgent Care Center (MHUCC) and Residential Withdrawal Management Facility (RWMF) located at 1240 N. Mission Road, Los Angeles, CA 90033.
A pre-proposal virtual conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., via Microsoft Teams. BRC0000454 Request For Proposals (RFP) is for a primary firm (Design-Builder) that selects its own team of subconsultants. Subconsultants must contact primary firms directly to become parts of their teams. Subconsultants are not required to attend. Those who wish to attend must click the link that will be posted on the Public Works website for BRC0000454 to join. The link to the pre-proposal virtual conference will be posted on the day of the Microsoft Teams Live Event, Thursday, August 3, 2023. Notice To Proposers A issued on 8/8/23.
