Concierge Service
The County is implementing a concierge service for rebuilding of homes damaged or destroyed due to the Woolsey Fire. The concierge service will provide customized assistance to homeowners and a streamlined permitting review. Public Works, Regional Planning, Fire and Public Health are available to provide preliminary review comments on the rebuilding project. The Concierge service is available at the County’s Calabasas One Stop office located in Agoura Hills at 26600 West Agoura Road #110, Calabasas, CA 91302.
Homeowners who have obtained planning approval to rebuild on the same footprint of the burned home, are encouraged to submit their rebuild plans for plan check. Plans can be submitted prior to the completion of the debris removal process.
