Waste Tire Recycling Program
The County’s Waste Tire Recycling Program provides outreach and education on tire issues, conducts waste tire collection events, and constructs demonstration projects featuring practical uses for recycled tires. Illegal dumping
Illegal Dumping is any unauthorized and careless discarding of products, such as furniture, tires and unwanted appliances on any public or private property. Usually people dump illegally to avoid collection and disposal fees, or because they believe proper disposal is just "too much trouble."
