In accordance with the Brown Act, all matters to be acted on by the Commission must be posted at least
72 hours prior to the Commission meeting. In cases of an emergency, or when a subject matter needs immediate action or comes
to the attention of the Commission subsequent to the posting of the agenda, upon making certain findings the Commission
may act on an item that is not on the posted agenda.
