Williams Ranch Joint Community Facilities Agreement
The development proposes to construct approximately 497 dwelling units with amenities and related infrastructure, north of Hasley Canyon Road near Del Valle Road in Castaic. The Castaic Union School District formed Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2025-1 to provide financing for certain public facilities necessitated by the proposed development. CFD-financed water system facilities may ultimately be owned and operated by District No. 36, per a Joint Community Facility Agreement.
