Unlimited collections of certain electronics are available to businesses upon request, please check with your waste hauler for qualifying items.

Remaining Non-Exclusive Commercial Franchise
Most of the current non-exclusive solid waste collection services will transition to an exclusive system; however, a portion of the North County unincorporated communities (Antelope Valley/Acton/Agua Dulce) and NBC Universal will remain under the Non-Exclusive Commercial Franchise until further notice.
After October 1, 2022, services that will remain non-exclusive throughout the entire unincorporated County are the collection of construction and demolition debris.
List of Authorized Non-Exclusive Commercial Franchise Haulers
Only waste haulers identified on the Authorized Haulers list are authorized to provide service in the County of Los Angeles unincorporated areas. Any unauthorized waste haulers operating within the County of Los Angeles unincorporated areas will be subject to fines and penalties by the County. If your waste hauler is not on this list, please contact us immediately at 1-(888)-CLEANLA or 1-(888)-253-2652.
Non-Exclusive Customer Bill of Rights
The
Customer Bill of Rights establishes minimum performance and customer service standards for waste haulers providing commercial trash collection services in the unincorporated County areas. It is designed to provide clarity and transparency and outlines basic service expectations, customer termination rights, and customer notification requirements.
