Provide new exterior patio, concrete paving, new accessible ramp, new shade structure, new stainless steel counter and sink, new security fence around exterior patio, remove existing CLF and install new wrought iron fence along the east property line, remove existing CLF swing gate and install new wrought iron swing gates and remove unused exterior concrete stair. The optional pre-proposal conference/job walk will take place on January 25, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., at Willowbrook Senior Center located at 12915 Jarvis Avenue, Los Angeles, CA, 90061.
