Gateway Cities Fiber Optic Communication and CCTV Camera Project
The Gateway Cities Fiber Optic Communication and CCTV Camera Project aims to install fiber optic communication cable and along Firestone Blvd and on Otis Street within City of South Gate and CCTV at various locations. The purpose of the project is to provide a means of communication to the various ITS elements along Firestone Blvd comprised of traffic signals and cameras. The project also serves as a critical communication link for the various upcoming projects in LA County such as the Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) project along the I-710 being developed by LA Metro.
