Development Review

Development review provides geology and soils engineering review service for various types of development projects throughout the unincorporated portions of L.A. County and for many cities that contract review services with the County. The types of projects reviewed include:

Land Development Division and some Building and Safety offices have begun using EPIC LA for plan check and permit issuance. Please contact your plan checker to determine if submittals to GMED should be made using this web application: https://epicla.lacounty.gov/SelfService/#/home
